Things to Do
Drive the Snowy Range Scenic Byway
The Snowy Range Scenic Byway is a beautiful slice of highway beginning in Centennial and ending in Saratoga. The Medicine Bow Mountains offer breathtaking views of lakes and granite peaks. It’s a magnificent drive with endless overlooks and frequent moose sightings.
Explore the Snowies
One of our very favorite places with multiple activity options, such as:
A hike is our top recommendation and this time of year will hold incredible views with lots of wildflowers. Some recommended hikes are Medicine Bow Peak, Lookout Lakes Trail, Lewis Lake, South Gap Lake, and Snowy Mountains Trail.
Enjoy lunch at the Lewis Lake Picnic Area or Mirror Lake Picnic Area.
Buy a fishing license and spend some time catching fish at Lake Marie and Mirror Lake.
